Continuing with our work on health, hygiene and well-being, I would like you to consider your use of your mobile phone! Watch this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6CBb3yX9Zs and list the negative impacts smart phones can have on our health and well-being. However, its not all bad! The link suggests some positive uses of our phones - what are they? As a challenge, try not to use your phone for 2 hours before bedtime. Report as to whether you slept better or not! S Conway
