2nd - MTW - Work Package 5 - Róisín Power

Hi all,
Hope you had a nice weekend and are staying safe with your families.
For revision of work we completed last year, lets have a look at Trees.
Last week was supposed to National Tree Week. However, like everything at the moment it has been postponed. 
Luckily for you there is a website dedicated to forestry in Ireland and National Tree Week, please see link attached.

Coillte have posted a YouTube video on this page and there are some great points and quotes to read.
Also, the JCT have created a poster competition for you participate in. Please find the attached the flyer for the competition. The due date for this competition has changed to the 3rd of April 2020.
To practice your Research, Design and Make for your project next year please look at the attached flyer.
On the flyer you have been asked to design a project you would like to make that celebrates forests and trees. Make sure you show some research you did, maybe use google or your notes. It can be as creative as you like but remember to use plenty of Colour!
Key Words: - Sustainability, Reusable, Deciduous, Coniferous, Seeds, Plants.
