Good morning 2nd years, today we look at consumer information:
The slide below gives hints towards places consumers can get information. I would like you to use it to create a spider-gram of places consumers get information (add others to what is in the image also!) Based on the information gathered consumers make 'informed' decisions. They follow the 'decision making process' (see blow) Using the steps above I would like you to write up a case study on Buying a New Mobile Phone: Step 1 - what have you been asked to do Step 2 - what information should you gather when buying a new mobile phone Step 3 - what options are available for you Step 4 - what advantages or disadvantages has one option over the other (a table might work for this answer) Step 5 - which phone do you choose Step 6 - cost of chosen option and shop you will purchase it in! Step 7 - imagine you now own that phone, are you happy or not and why! useful websites: https://www.carphonewarehouse.ie/shop/phones-plans/all-phones https://www.harveynorman.ie/mobile-phones/ https://www.three.ie/ Look forward to hearing about what you guys have 'bought!'
