Hello 2nd years, I am sending your weeks lessons in one email this week to make it easier to keep track of it and reduce the emails you are receiving. We continue with Consumer Studies. Lesson 1: Shopping Online
q2. Why would a person send 'a copy' of their receipt when complaining by letter? q3. On page 234 there is a sample letter of complaint. Using the structure it shows, write a letter of complaint about an item you purchased (it does not have to be true!). The letter must include name and address of company, date, opening, what you purchased, where and when you purchased it, description of what's wrong, inform that you enclose a copy of receipt, the action you would like taken, sign off Lesson 3: Consumer Symbols Consumers get a lot of information in the form of symbols on the products they buy.
