Following the Taoiseach's announcement this morning all schools, including Curragh Post Primary School, will close today, Thursday March 12th at 6pm until March 29th. This is in line with the advice of the National Public Health Emergency Team.
All pupils are urged to practice social distancing, and to minimise physical contact with each other, to help avoid the spread of Covid-19. This should include minimising social contact, avoiding meeting up and keeping physical space between them. Parents and guardians are urged to support their children to maintain this approach. In order to minimise the impact on teaching and learning teachers in Curragh Post Primary School will be sending work to pupils via email. We have gathered all emails but if a pupil is not receiving these emails please contact the school on curraghpps@kwetb.ie. If you are unable to receive email communication please contact the school and we will endeavour to get the work to your child by another means. Teachers will prioritise 3rd and 6th years initially.
